Return window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return (step-by-step)

  1. Submit a request: Email help@gamedaylegends.com.au with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason.

  2. Get approval (RMA): We’ll confirm eligibility and email you a prepaid return label plus instructions.

  3. Pack your item: Place the item in its original packaging with all inserts. 

  4. Ship it back:

    • If we issue you a prepaid label, attach it and lodge the parcel.

    • If you’re arranging your own postage, use a tracked service and keep the receipt.

  5. Inspection & outcome: Once received, we’ll inspect your return and email you the approval status and next steps (refund or exchange).

Return costs

  • Damaged/defective/incorrect item: We cover return shipping in full (we’ll send a prepaid label).

  • Change-of-mind/size preference: We cover return shipping in full (we’ll send a prepaid label).

Time frames

  • Request a return: Within 30 days of delivery.

  • Ship the return after approval: Within 14 days of receiving your prepaid return label.

  • Inspection: 2–4 business days from the date the parcel arrives at our returns address.

  • Refund timing: If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. (Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit.)

  • Haven’t seen your refund? If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at help@gamedaylegends.com.au.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and, once approved, place a new order. If you prefer an exchange handled in one go, mention it in your return request and we’ll advise stock availability and next steps.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can make it right quickly.

Non-returnable items
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
